Pratikİnka Human Resources Management System
We developed an enterprise-scale, modular, and scalable Human Resources management system for Pratikİnka. The system features powerful backend architecture with Laravel framework, MongoDB and MySQL database integration, and offers a user-friendly interface supported by modern JavaScript technologies.
Core HR Modules
Advanced Personnel Management: We developed comprehensive personnel modules for employee records, personal files, department organization, and authorization management. The system ensures secure storage and management of personnel information on a centralized platform.
Smart Leave Management System: We created a leave module with flow-based approval mechanism for automatic calculation and tracking of annual leave, sick leave, excuse leave, and special leave types. Remaining leave entitlements are automatically calculated and reported.
Attendance and Payroll System: We developed an integrated attendance module with shift tracking, overtime calculations, and automatic payroll generation features. Monthly payroll processes were automated through full integration with the accounting system.
Business Processes and Management
Document Management: We created a secure digital archive system for personnel documents, contracts, performance evaluations, and legal documents. Corporate data security is ensured with document versioning and access authorization features.
Suggestion System: We developed a module that increases employee participation and manages the evaluation and rewarding processes of suggestions. An intelligent dashboard is provided for tracking and reporting improvement suggestions.
Disabled Personnel Management: We created a customized module for tracking legal obligations, managing disabled employee quotas, and special reporting requirements.

Laravel Backend Infrastructure: The secure and scalable backend system developed using PHP Laravel framework offers high performance and code quality. Flexible data management is provided with MongoDB and MySQL hybrid database structure.
