Dost Search and Rescue Association Digital Platform
We developed a social benefit-focused corporate website and integrated training platform for Dost Search and Rescue Association. We created a comprehensive system that strongly reflects the association's mission in the digital environment, increases volunteer participation, and supports emergency response capacity.
Corporate Website
Association Introduction: We prepared establishment story, mission and vision, board information, and statute pages. The association's objectives and working areas are presented in detail.
Our Teams: We created sections introducing search and rescue teams, first aid teams, mountain rescue, and water rescue units. Team visuals, equipment information, and response capacities are conveyed.
Response Reports: We prepared reference pages where search and rescue operations, training activities, and social activities are shared. Transparency is provided with visual and written reports.
Online Training Platform
Training Modules: We developed interactive online courses for first aid, search and rescue techniques, disaster management, and safety training. Video lessons, examination systems, and certificate modules are integrated.
Volunteer Training Program: We created a system where new volunteers can receive basic training, track progress, and earn certificates. Training history and achievement status are displayed in the user panel.
Documentation and Resources: We created a resource center where training manuals, procedure documents, equipment usage guides, and technical specifications are downloaded.
Community and Participation
Volunteer Application System: We developed online volunteer application form, preliminary evaluation questionnaire, and automatic notification system. Application processes have been digitalized.
Events and Announcements: We created an event calendar where training programs, exercises, seminars, and social responsibility projects are announced. Participants can register online.
Donation and Support System: We developed modules for secure online donation system, corporate sponsorship packages, and in-kind aid coordination. Transparent donation reporting is provided.
Communication and Emergency
Emergency Contact Line: We integrated 24/7 accessible emergency contact information, online request form, and location sharing system. Rapid coordination is provided in emergencies.
Media and Press: Media relations are supported with press releases, media visuals, and association logo download area.
Technical Infrastructure
The platform works smoothly on all devices with responsive design. User experience is prioritized with fast loading, SEO optimization, and secure data management. Training processes are professionally managed with LMS (Learning Management System) integration.
